I have a friend who is a Trout unlimited member.There is supposed to be $5M in DFG funds set aside for that fish ladder.the 5 freeway is the biggest obstruction,Also with the MLPA maybe they need that $$$ for enforcement,who knows.

Do you need a salmon card to take salmon down here? I know in norcal you do...
