and the MLPA blames fishermen for loss of sea life? WTF!

I wonder do these A-holes have to do any environmental impact studies?
When they dredged the Dana Point harbor several years ago the halibut fishing in the harbor was destroyed.

I can tell you for certain that the dredging this summer has killed the bite in the inner harbor. I fished a bunch of spots last time I was out there that used to produce fish after fish, and my offerings didn't even get a sniff from a fish. Now this? Time to head north or south...Team No Dookie
