Great vid. It looks like every YT and halibut was gaffed and all calico bass released. Gotta ask, Is there some sort of Cedros purge of all non-bass or do the calis enjoy some sort of "sacred cow" status? Mike

The choice is yours but I prefer to release all calico bass and have not kept one in many years. One nice YT or Halibut gives more meat than 10 calicos. At cedros there are so many big calicos that keeping a few is not such a big deal but I really hate keeping them up here.
Call them my sacred cow if you like, but it is just a personal choice.

You know, maybe I should just keep my Scupper Pro for trips like this and those mothership trips where a Hobie PA is just too huge for the job...

Can't agree more. Just left there four days ago with four yt over 35#......water @ 67deg and slightly off color. Smaller yt crashing surface with bigger ones under.
