Looking for a fishing buddy

Looking to go kayak fishing tomorrow. If anyone is heading out would it be possible to tag along? I was thinking of heading to the bay. But if anyone has any good spots please let me know. I am new to the area and could use a buddy to head out with. Thanks for your time.

I'm heading out from shelter island tomorrow morning. If you want to meet up, I'm launching from the police station public doc at the end of Shelter Island drive around 5:30am. No sand and quick access to the water.

I can't make it down there for a bit but where is this dock compared to the landing, is it out toward the entrance ? I would like to know the location, I frequent SI...love fishing there but I usually launch from the beach at the landing...thanks see ya out there sometime

The red marker is the police dock. To the right is the public dock.

So you can just wheel the kayak down the dock and plop it in the water? That sounds so much better than dealing with the sand.
