Cedar Plank cooking of fish

Like you I am now interested in trying other things. Last night all I did was put salt and pepper on the fish and put them on the planks. However now I may try some lemon, orange, rings with the fish next time. The planks I have included some suggestions and those include pork chops, baby back ribs, chicken and of course salmon, trout, and other fish.

I have a chicken I need to cook so I may be grilling that up this evening.
