I like that scotty mount and could probably build one but as you can see in the pics I have a scotty base right in between my legs in the middle. Would this spot work as far being tipsy

For balance that would be good but you really
need to get this pully mounted on either side
for clearance, the pully arm is only about 15''.

I mount the pully on the slid track system and
throw a leg out as a counter balance.
