For hunting the two most used GPS units I've seen are the Oregon and the 62, with the 62 being more popular according to the hunting boards I frequent. If fishing is your primary use, the 78sc looks like a pretty cool unit, then you can get the topo map chip for hunting.
Myself, I have the Oregon 400t and love it. I'm going to get the Bluechart chip for it eventually. |
