Andy,
If I rent this, can I sail/paddle out through the Naval Depot? Or does the trailer come with the rental so I can launch it where I can have access to the open ocean? |

I've fished an adventure island several times. When you are under sail it's kind of awkward. The amas also get in the way. Obviously it is super stable and I do stand up to fsh and can even paddle it like an SUP to some degree. I've only had it LJ 3 times and my plan was to take it out under peddle power and sail it back in when the previaling wind came up. On those days the wind didn't blow and I spent the whole time with a 16 foot mast strapped to the side of the yak. That idea has worked perfectly in SD Bay. I have yet to hook a serious fish, YT, from it but I think I can pull it off. They are also very fun to just sail. Mike

I have yet to get out in these, but they seem very user freindly with no sailing back ground
