Yup Greg's right your issue with the lowrance isn't really an issue More of a glitch, and if you don't buy the nautic insight you wont have a problem. I would not buy one unit with intentions of buying another, buy one get comfortable with it. Those elites look good too.

Thank's for the offer! I went to BPS today to get some touch-time, and decided on the elite-4x. I thought hard about the DSI model; but decided I don't really need 3D of structures, unless I coupled it with an HDS. But that's booku-bucks--which I don't have.

This model is negative 44 in store . I just hope they don't have it back-ordered when I buy it online. As of now, they say it's in stock. If it's becomes back-ordered then I will take you up on your offer.
