I had something very similar for my Outback and it worked great. However, it wasn't strong enough for the Oasis. I bought mine from REI. Pretty easy to install in the garage, especially if you have the exposed beams. But might not work if you have a tall vehicle. It worked perfectly with my Prius. It fit under the suspended kayak.

Went in yesterday just for a look a bout, they had a kayak cable system for $29. or $39 two pulley two strap.
