Hit up the waters around 0600. Floated around the bait tank. Then headed to the outskirts of the kelp bed. Caught fish here and there. Broke my tip on my shimano rod. Other then that good day of fishing.

Looks like a good day to me. Also, looked like the wind didn't really kick up for you either.

Yeah the winds pick up after we left

The bite is slowly getting better this was my first halibut outside the harbor. So I'm figuring it out slowly.
