this shows the northern border of the Dana Pt SMCA...
no fishing north of this line...
south of the line all the way to Encinitas is legal to fish...

Thanks for the clarification on DP, I think I will be looking for a double throw down "handheld harpoon" case I feel the need to stab something

Since this south is good-to-go, what are some good spots in Oside??
