Hey guys got the PMs I was thinking of heading out of shelter island at about 7 am to catch the outgoing tide. Wouldnt be against leaving earlier if u guys are early risers

Am I reading wrong or does it say sculpin is open in less than 300ft? Im pretty sure I wont be that deep
