right on... i wouldnt have thought of a black seabass in the back bay?
i would have gone but didnt get off the water and home till midnight and by the time i cleaned up it was late. sounds like you had a great day

a guy from a surf fishing board got into them pretty heavy in the bay about a month ago from shore. there's a lot of unusual fish in that bay.
good job on lading it!

There are more BSB in the bay than you know. I have a buddy that catches them almost all the time.

As a kid fishing with my dad I remember catching a few of the little BSB when they are still red with back spots. I've seen a few decent sized BSB come out of San Quintin Bay. Mike
