A Lunch Date with a Vermillion...
First, homemade bread
then, the prep work now the cooking and finally, the plating cooked with garden fresh herbs & peter pan squash, lemon, olive oil, salt/pepper. Tip of the Day: never salt a fish's skin before cooking if you want to skin to crisp up and not stick to your frying pan, or grill. Apply salt inside cavity and only outside after cooking. |
