Try the collars next time...the best part of YT
Murray-marinade the collars in some sort of Asian marinade...then grill over charcoal or wood. YUM.

No spices at all boys. Just plain and super yummy. Collars are in the fridg waiting to be smoked on my traeger manana. Will hit with asian marinade. Love harvesting nearly all the meat from the fish I catch. Only part I have not cooked yet is the head. Maybe in the future but I am not much of a cook.
