storm wildeye type lures?
That said, I just saw storm has put out some narrow profile internal lead head swimbaits in anchovy and sardine that must work well here. [picture of sardine below] anyone use them with success? I ordered some 4" and 5" and will be glad to report back. Happy New Year everyone |

Storms look great but seem to lack the enticing tail action. I have caught fish with them, but have not bought any in years.

Yeah, When i first stared kayak fishing i bought a few of those. they were fun for a while. Then, (drum roll please) on a warm summer afternoon, i made an amazing discovery. LIVE BAIT!!

Kind of like that candy mac hard lure I bought at the FHS that cost $30.All it caught was me...

They seem to drag through the water a bit slow for me. Getting to the zone or bottom quickly is important when drifting...
