LJ Reserve Boundaries - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

My friend and I were having a discussion on the boundaries to the Reserve, but the link below completely throws everything I thought out the window.

For starters, I know there are buoys that mark the reserve but I've never seen those outside buoys that they are showing on this map.

I also thought the Reserve went from the pier to the Children's pool. Clearly I was mistaken, but can anyone validate this "map"? Thanks for helping out a newbie.

Unless the scale is throwing me off I swear I see people fishing within the boundaries almost every week.

DUDE ITS UPSIDE DOWN HA J/K NO THAT LOOKS GOOD 2 ME U MIGHT SEE SOME PEOPLE FISH WITHIN THE BOUNDRIES "NOOBS "JUST LET THEM KNOW ! I KNOW I DID THE 1ST TIME OUT ESPECIALLY MAKING THE TROLL OVER TO THE POINT FROM THE PIER

I think it's the scale. That leopard is HUGE!
