Crank Baits for Trolling
Going to HH this friday to break in my minix, wondering what crank baits are good to use . The specifics size and type (name)

A Magnum 22 in green mackeral lol
Anything that matches the hatch should work. Even bass crankbaits have been known to work. |

anything approipriately sized that will dive from 9-12 feet should work. Deep diver Frenzys work well, as do Rapala Shad raps & X raps.

Sorry, i was actually trying to be funny. A Rapala Magnum CD-22 is friggin huge. I would go with any freshwater bass type. Shallower is better as you don't want to go past 10 feet me thinks as you'll get caught up in the eelgrass or catch the bottom. The one's listed above are pretty good. Anything that matches the hatch and gives off a lot of vibration. I would also give it a thin coat of hot sauce or unigoop or other fish attractant. Of course, you can also troll plastics such as gulp or something carolina rigged to be wormless.

Haha i went to my local tackle shop and checked it out, and was like whoa a little too big, ha but i picked one up rated for 12 feet mack color, so ill be out there tom. HH . Where in HH are good spots to fish im not really familiar with the are, ill probably launch from OEX beach
