Bass Over Pasta
When the conditions are perfect and you pull up a
Sand Bass instead of a White Sea Bass, what do you do?? Make Lemonade?? Quick Summer Time Tasty Dinner: Sand Bass Over Basil Pesto. Just invented it tonite. The bass was put under the broiler with a dry rub, olive oil and a splash of white wine. The balance of the chilled wine went down my throat: Italian Pinot Grigio Any dish I can enjoy with lemon, also goes with a nice dry white wine. (I would use a case of wine for Sharon's WSB) |

But seriously, sand bass? All Greek to me...:D I'd try it, but only because you made it... |
