Probably a spear and about a hundred feet of line.

You also get to keep the wet suit.
Spearos can use a kayak or launch from shore, no power boats.
Shore launchers can drive to their launch point but can not leave the LJ launch until 5:30 and must dive between PB point and Point LJ.
