Defintely a good deal. I think probably because they were discontinued for chirp models. Dont quote me on that

Is it just me, or does Lowrance's website kinda suck?
I just get lost when I go there. I'd love to see a simple chart, same as I've seen for hundreds of other products, that has all the different models and different features, and check marks indicating the features each of the models has. For example, something along these lines: |

No transducer???
It looks to me like the description references the transducer frequencies. The what's in the box description doesn't list transducers.

Yep, I picked one up a couple of months ago. It has the transducer included.
They are discontinued that's why these are going for a good price. But a great FF and you can purchase a 3rd party warranty. Which I did, I hope I won't have to use it because you never know about those 3rd party vendors.

Take a look @ SquareTrade. I bought a Lowrance elite 5HD on E-bay. Got the 3 yr SquareTrade & had a problem a 2 years later. It was going to cost me MORE to get it fixed than what I paid for it. So SquareTrade sent ALL my $$ back. I found out I had a loose wire to the transducer & now I have two fish finders.
