Which lake would you say is better Lake Skinner or Perris?

Drop shot type rod / reaction bait rod/ and all around bait caster 10-12 pound if say or even a secondary spinning 8 pound small jigpig senko type
It was slow today but the fish are movin in , a lot of tournament pressure so who knows
