Caught my halibut Sunday and cooking it today. If only a couple days sooner, I would've joined for sure. Unfortunately it was my first kayak fishing of June. I'll be sure to get out more in July and August to get in on the action.

Great job this month guys, nice catches and sweet recipes. Probably intimidated some folks, lol.

All the recipes are great. Chris (ctfphoto) killed this competition with numerous great entries. I can't wait to try some of these great recipes.

I think T-Rex presentation is pretty simple, good and clean. Had to give him my point.

My vote for ctf tied it up, 12-12. Might have to go to shootout. I give CTF the vote for the bonus recipe and thinking outside the box...bbq fish...who'da thunk it.

Nice recipes Chris. I see that you put in as much time in the kitchen as you do catching your fish.
Im not a big BBQ sauce fan but your other recipes look pretty awesome.

T-Rex, thanks for sharing your ideas for the Barracuda. It is a tasty fish that often gets overlooked. I usually only make tacos with the meat but will definitely give your recipes a try.

Thanks everyone. You guys really need to step up to the plate and enter this awesome contest. Besides, Yani can't win again

Honestly, I will never make the Yellowtail Florentine again. I will most likely make the BBQ yellowtail every time I catch one as the taste of that dish is amazing.
