at night essentials:
-Head lamp -flash light -beanie - xtra batteries Along with the normal day time stuff - PFD - radio - fishing crap - etc. My experience... keep the lights off... for me, it messes up my eye's natural night vision. Bring extra pre-tied rigs/set ups. Strap everything (paddle too) cause hard to see if you lose stuff in the dark. Good luck and enjoy the at night adventure.

turn your fish finder back light all the way down low. it also messes with your night vision.
