San Diego Bay...spotties and short halibut
Launched about 6:30am, drifted with incoming tide for lots of spotted bay bass, most concentrated just around the aircraft carrier. Pleased with my incoming tide drift I was looking forward to a mellow outgoing tide drift with the wind at my back. That did not work! Had to paddle with the current and against the wind, came across a fishy spot where the tide was sucking out at the green buoy outside Bali hi. Short Hali and called it a day. |

A day on the water is always a good day. Catching fish adds to it. Thanks for the report.
