Need to update my Outback seat - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Have a 2002 outback that desperately needs a seat upgrade. Darn thing is like sitting on concrete for 8 hours. Wondering if anyone has upgraded their outback with the new super cool chair type seat and wants to sell their original seat (think newer outbacks have much better seats than I have). Or should I make my own chair type seat........has to be simple simple or I will never get to it. Thanks for all your input.
