Hoop Net????

hello, i am interested in making a hoop net. i have a welder and the tools to do so. i would like to hear some opinions on your net that you have now. how woud you improve them?what is it that you like/dislike about your net? how would you change the net for the better? any and all info will be taken into consideration...thanks in advance

I use standard promar hoops, they bring up bugs no problem. I wish the net material was stronger, mine get chewed up by morays, seals, and rocks. Steel bait cages are a must. I sometimes add a pound or two of lead to the bait cage to make it drop better so it will land flat.
