Pretty badass footage and editing. What lb line you usually running on your leader? And depth? Such a light weight you had I’m thinking you were pretty shallow even with no wind at all

This carolina rig was rigged as follows:

65# braid> 4 oz sliding egg> plastic bead > 80# McMahan Swivel > 30 # mono leader ~4 feet> 3/0 ringed j hook, no trap

This was in about 60' of water, but the bait stays on the bottom because I drag it waaay out the back.
