Newport Beach Shipwreck? Or structure fishing?
Does anyone have any info on this? I am going to fish next week and wanted to find this or any other structure nearby. If anyone could help me out. Thanks in advance!

That's an awesome database and might prove useful for finding structure when visiting new areas.

You'll find that most if not all those numbers are off. Just like the numbers the dfg gives out for the locations of the artificial reefs...Off. A lot of those numbers were converted over from loran, so there is a lot of error there.

What he said. In fact if you look at allot of the old dive board coordinates for reefs in our area they take you out to the desert. For the longest I thought there was some divinci code conspiracy going on

I just went to the site and downloaded the wreaks list on my phone. Once I go to open it links to google maps and all of the wreaks show up with pins. Awesome! Are a few close to shore and will kayak to check out.

You need Google earth not Google maps for it to work.

True story here though I think it was my fault. I entered some coordinates I got off the web to my gps then transferred them to google earth to confirm I was in the right area in Malibu. My coordinates took me to a cemetery in the Philippines.
