My HDS5 is on its last leg, I already got the go ahead from westmarine to take it in. I'm thinking they probably give me a full refund ($800), I'll take that and dump it into a new HDS7 touch.

I bought the extended plan, I'm good until February of 2017.

Just received my elite chirp 5 from west marine. I also got the extended plan on the unit but not the transducer(long story). Would like to know how many of you have had transducer failures. Thanks

My elite 4 chirp decided to stop working after 6 months. I'm shipping back to lowrance tomorrow
