Lowrance Free Maps - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Afternoon' everyone.

Does anyone have any experience downloading free fishfinder maps? I've been trying to use the insight C-Map genesis social maps that are free and put them on an SD card utilizing the instructions. However, I have no luck getting them to load onto my Hook2 Triple Shot.

I regret not spending the $29 to get my fishfinder bundled with the Navionics, but too late now andI am not spending 100 or 200+ to get them now. Any advice appreciated!
