Long Beach Harbor bugs - 11/18/2021
A sea lion got to all but one of my bait cages. Fortunately, I have already pulled two legals before it cleaned out the cages. Many thanks to Alex (SoCal Beach Bum) for giving me tips and showing me the ropes. -Quang |

That sea lion was such an ass! It managed to open the Promar PVC bait cages and got away with all the salmon heads. It got something out of one of the hoop and was tossing it around on the surface. It was too dark to see what it was. Even if it didn't get to the bait, I don't think any bug would venture out because it was just swimming around the area, taunting me. I am very happy with the two keepers though. Can't wait to go out on another session soon. |
