Lowrance/Navico support
Contacted customer support sent it in for repair. ...just the unit not the transducer and within 2 weeks they send me a brand new unit. ..now called hook3x to include a new transducer. The hook 3 even included a fuse holder. The repair site is in Mexico so awesome for us in SoCal compared to those that live on the east coast. I have also received outstanding customer support from them for my Elite 5 Chirp. They are great.
