Lobster Season is Ending, But Not Crabs...

Have you ever wondered what to do with a tasty crab?

Tony, George and I did some late season lobstering, as
usual those guys out fished me 10 to 1, but I did come
home with some crabs. So I made a crab salad.

This video-recipe goes through the steps of cooking,
cleaning and creating a lemon-butter reduction sauce.
This sauce is made with homemade clarified butter. Once
you learn how to make this easy sauce, you'll probably
put it on all your seafood and fish dishes, it is that good.

I like crabs. They are good to eat. I never caught one though. I get mine at Vons.

Momo fish, if Tony is ful-rac then thank you for the great tip. Do you know if there is an open spot on his team or when the next tryouts are?
