BATTLE OF THE BAYS!
So inspired by Rossman's generosity in sponsoring our great veterans.... I'm deciding to pay it forward! For those of you that don't know. The Coastal Conservation Association the CCA Battle of the bays Mission Bay is this weekend. I will not be attending but I have paid for 1 entry. To any military veteran that wants to fish this event sponsored by ME, let me know, I will gladly let you take my spot. Your gonna have to buy your own raffle tickets though!!!! It's for a good cause and...I think they might even have free beer...at least they did last year... So to everyone else, consider joining in on the tournament if you haven't already and support an organization that is working for US the Fisherman! Tony.

WOW...what a class act...THANKS Tony for paying it forward and hopefully making a veterans day!
If you don't have a kayak...I'll arrange for you to have one for the event....and I'll transfer Tony's registration to cover you. Please PM Tony and/or myself with your contact info and I'll get you a free code for the iAngler registration. Hopefully Tony's tournament good luck will transfer over as well...LOL...!

I don't think I would be competitive in the tournament, but if anyone wants to take a vet out fishing I'm in.
I'm here for a few weeks from Mayport Fl doing some training at the Naval base. I brought a couple spinning reels with me but I don't have any rods. Ryan Sent from my SM-T813 using Tapatalk |

Y'all are great. Just sent the email. I've fished the bait barges here in SD and taken a 1/2 and 3 day trip out of Point Loma. Hopefully I can figure out fishing Mission Bay.

If you need a spinning rod I have one kicking around the garage I never use - just give me a PM and I'll bring it with me.

If you know freshwater bass fishing, you can pattern a bay. It's a lot more similar than one would typically think....
