Mission Bay

Was thinking about heading down to Mission Bay this weekend to do some bass and halibut fishing, but never been there in all my years of kayak fishing. Can anyone give me an idea of where to launch and generally what’s a good area to fish? Taking my 7 y/o with me and wanted to make sure he sees some fishing action

Thanks Guys

Mission Point is easy and close to the entrance. Bass is usually pretty good there.
