Tsunami t500 pump question - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Does anyone know if this pump is fully submersible? It is designed to be ran through the hull, but I don't know if it is ok to dangle it off the edge of my kayak.

Hobie mounts this inside their tank with no problem fully submerged.
