anyone have a clear kayak/canoe?

i've always wanted to try one out and after watching this video, i think fishing in the kelp would be a blast. imagine watching calico's 15-20ft down slam your bait. or take it out in late winter/early spring for the whale migration..

anyone have one?

That would be pretty cool but sometimes I dont want to know whats under me.
It probably looks a little confusing and funny to the fish, dolphins, sharks, etc who are looking up at you LOL.

It would be cool on one of those 60' vis days, but I would be terrified of getting it anywhere near the beach - one drag through the sand and there goes that nice clear bottom...

the only problem i see is the center becoming a bath tub when surf launching. but a harbor fishing would be cool.

could you imagine using one of those to deploy shark baits off the beach in the gulf?

i like that one, since it has scuppers and wont just fill with water.
