OK, due to work testing schedules, I am going to be in Mako-ville before noon on October 14th and I have to leave on the 17th. For the cooking that I usually do, which typically involves 10-12 hours in the smoker - my dinner will need to happen on the 15th or 16th.
Now, what to make - for the first time ever I am going to leave it up to the participants of this trip with a poll. If you wont be there on the 15th or 16th don't vote.

So what shall it be?

I've had your ribs, WORLD CLASS. The GMG always performs, yor rub and apple juice really work well together. Tight Lines amigos.
