Unfortunately the really good bait we've been getting from the receivers has ended, at least for now. We ended up with some larger dines that must have just been loaded as they were in bad shape. Fishing wasn't much better, hit a few areas outside, not even a nibble. Ended the day in the harbor with a tank of half dead dines. I caught one short halibut, as did one of my friends, the other got a spotty and that was it.

Wow, completely different bite on 1/13/24. Same glassy no swell conditions but butt bite was good. got 10 on the high tide swing all shorts 16-21 " range. Dines were good, but I did see the bait boat come in and unload that day as well maybe thats what you got on Sunday.

Bait was crap, probably sitting there a while as not many fishing due to bad weather. Handle those babies carefully -they're next year's legals
