islander 2.5 day, june 10-13

sometimes life sucks and gets in teh way of fishing. well, mine comes in the way of two kids playing tournament baseball this summer as well as their other team in the playoffs, and well, lots of stuff. so...

I'm thoroughly depressed for sure, but you can take advantage of my misery. I have a $100 deposit on the trip. I don't want the money, but ocean access certainly does.

you want to go? send a c-note to the ocean access thing and I'll tell CJ or whomever at OEX my spot is yours.

have fun. It would have been my 5th trip on that boat. it's so worth going, they are an amazing operation. and you'll have the trip of a lifetime. :chee rs1:

I would be interested in this, but I only have $300. I'll probably just hop on a 1.5 day.

thanks. and since I can't make it regardless, just send the deposit to the ocean access fund either way. that way the money gets to them.

I recall the first one I did, a couple of years ago was in early fall. any chance of that happening again?

that was plan a couple of years ago then the wind changed. the cortez went from glass to 20+knts and 8-10ft swells. but hell, after cat, that's a day on the lake!!

even if there's no tuna, push him on the fall trip. that's money right there.
