Beer is OK for a non-motorized vehicle.

That was the downfall of the legendary X-Wing Kayak, add a motor - remove the beer.

Warning, you will be dumber after reading the entire thread....

Can you get a P.U.I.?

Can you get a paddling under the influence (PUI)?

I know they can get you on a bicycle for DUI...

BEER

If you exceed the legal limit it's called drunk in public. so don't have to many, just incase the DFG are pairing up with the CHP and make sure you wear your PFD cause it doesn't take a PHD to know if your going to drink be safe.

You'll never catch fish if you drink beer on the yak. Or so I've been told.

My wife asked a ranger the same question at a local lake a couple weeks ago.
We both gave her the stink eye and he answered her with...." It's practically a requirement"....
