I'm not getting the webcam, I get the frame and a little icon in the upper left corner that says picture but no video. Never had this problem before then a couple of days ago this started. Any ideas on what is going on?

We all do.
Camera device itself has been flaking, coming in and out...
It is down / out of the service for good now.

I'll put up an announcement.
