It happened. You can choose not to believe it, whatever. My bud got the 45lb and a I got the 50lb. Got pics, but I'm one of those guys that doesn't like his face online, sorry. There's a lot of seabass in many kelp spots up and down the coast. They can be tough to hook and land, but what a score when you do!

We don't want to see your face. We want to see the Seabass. And no report either? Some people would like to hear it.

As soon as I posted, I got a PM recommending to keep quiet.

Marked lots of them, missed 3 or 4 bites, pretty good showing of the "ghosts".

They are there if you know where and how to hook them.

Keep quiet? Lol. Cause nobody knows that their are Seabass in LJ. That's good though. Hoping to get my first Seabass this year as long as I can start making some time to fish.

Haha, you sound jealous.

I was just trying to give TJones a little friendly payback. I am somewhat of a newb, but I'm learning fast. I started by asking specific questions about fishing LJ because I've only fished it a few times, and don't know much about it. Take it however you want, don't care. I'll post pics of the gorgeous fillets later.

If the WSB was 50lbs it COULD be be biggest one of the year so far. BUT............................................... .................................................. ....
IF it happened congrats, great fish. Tight lines.

"IF it happened"
Thanks man! You mean the biggest out of LJ? There have been a couple super tankers much bigger than 50 caught in other areas recently.
