Man, i have been catching a lot of halis, but they are all either short or just above keeper size. I might have to hit deeper water...

Great catches, but you might want to turn your time stamps on for your cameras, how do we know you didn't catch those last week?

Never said anyone cheated. This is going to be a good event. Can't wait to get out there and get some butts on board.

Hey Mr. Pro-Moken, you can check the "properties" of the photo. Not every camera/cell phone has the ability to put a visible time stamp on the photo...

BTW, EXCELLENT fish!

Exactly - thats why Wade has in the rules that he gets the original photo emailed directly to him, so those properties don't get lost in a photo share site.

What an Excellent Halibut! I can only dream of catching one as big as that! My god the halibut dinners would be awesome...

That's what I was looking for. I'm new to this type of tourney and was looking clarity. My apologies if anyone thought I was trying to say they were cheating, that wasn't my intension, just looking to clarify.

53" halibut is going to be tough to beat. Good luck everyone.

**You may pre-register for all the remaining CKFS events right up until the last 24 hours before your catch & lines out FYI.

So technicially for this Hali event you can preregister 24 hours before Oct 30th, 2013 and catch something on Oct 29th before midnight and win all the money & the Hobie Jacket!
Upgrades always allowable.

43 3/4" fish today. I wish it was bigger or smaller to get away from Andy's beautiful fish but it's legit. I had a BWE member with me when the measurement took place. I've got it's mouth bungeed down and the fish is butted up against the curb. Here's to the next person that can take it down. Jim
