Glad this is happening - wonderful way to commemorate the tragic loss of a young life, contribute to a good cause, and enjoy camaraderie of some aging kayak fishing knuckleheads (you know who you are).

Are there any official rules for this? I am new to the tournament fun. As for fish like yellowtail should we bleed them out?
