Fresh or Salt Water?. In the years that the Hereos on the Water fund raising tournament, Mission Bay Classic was held before the Covid19, we used the live wells to keep Bay Bass alive to be weighed.

I put saltwater bass and freshwater bass in the tank before up to five legal

They were stay alive in there

Even sometime when I catch trout I put in the tank to bring home fresh
They're still alive till I turn off the switch

If the fish do die, it is often the warmer temp that kills them before the lack of oxygen.
