When you see yellows breezing, feed em some iron.

Finally picked up a new paddle kayak, can't wait to get back out on the yak for those quick local missions but anyways .... This day was pretty cool, I stopped at my normal spot for making bait before heading elsewhere and saw a few schools of bait puddling around. As I was getting my sabiki rig ready, I saw something different on the surface tailing between the two schools of bait. I thought it was a shark so I cruised over and then recognized the yellow on the fins. Grabbed my surface iron rod and made a cast a bit in front of them and spooked a school of like 50-70 fish, wound the iron through them and tricked one into biting! Such a cool experience, and you can't beat getting bit on the first cast of the day! I need to learn to turn my go pro on for those moments though ha. Anyways, made a little edit of the day for those interested.

Just sharing for others to watch/enjoy. When I fish off the yak I contribute a report ... unlike others who just use the site for dope.

I love how easily you load your boat onto the trailer. When I had my 22' Wellcraft I got to the point where I was able to launch and land solo without missing a step. it's amazing how many boaters struggle with this part of the experience.
