Nacho Secret Recipe # 99
sorry wrong picture 1st step is peel potatoes and cut them into 1/3 into a blazing hot boiling water container, then reduce to medium heat when the potatoes are soft enough take them out and let them cool for 20 mins next prepare the halibut meat: get 3 fillets and dice into small fine pcs and put them into a food processor along with 1/3 thyme 1/3 parsley 2 pinches of salt 1 spoon of Black pepper 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 halbanero pepper then grind to death in the food processor Next is smash the soft potatoes, so it looks like mashed potatoes and make into nice size balls then grab one ball and insert your processed halibut meat along with strips of pepperjack cheese and make a bigger ball. mix 2 eggs and 1/2 water this is the dunking solutions so the presto bread crumbs will stick . grab one ball mix in the watered egg solutions and mix in presto bread crumbs heat up a skillet of oil and fry and serve this receipe is not for girly men 14lb halibut along with Daryl Tin new gaff
